1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of all Masterclass tutorials by Cheese & Treats.
By purchasing this masterclass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
2. Product Access
All Cheese and Treats Masterclass tutorials are a fully digital, video-based educational experience delivered online.
Upon successful purchase, customers will receive access to:
- The accompanying digital workbook
- A digital certificate of completion – Signature masterclass only
Access details will be sent via confirmation email following purchase.
3. Access Duration
Customers will receive 12 months access to The Signature Masterclass from the date of purchase.
6 months Access for individually purchased tutorials.
Access is provided for personal use only.
4. Digital Product & Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the C&T masterclasses and immediate access to course materials upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once access has been granted.
Customers are encouraged to review all information carefully before purchasing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the masterclass tutorials, including videos, workbooks, imagery, written materials, branding, and creative concepts, remains the intellectual property of Cheese & Treats.
Content may not be:
- copied
- reproduced
- redistributed
- resold
- shared publicly
- republished
- uploaded elsewhere
- used for commercial teaching purposes
without prior written permission from Cheese & Treats.
6. Account Usage
Access to The Cheese and Treats Masterclass tutorials is licensed to one individual purchaser only.
Login details may not be shared with others.
Cheese & Treats reserves the right to suspend or revoke access where misuse, unauthorised sharing, or suspicious activity is identified.
7. Availability & Platform Access
The C&T Masterclass is hosted online through a third-party video platform.
While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted access, Cheese & Treats cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will always operate without interruption or technical issues.
8. Subtitles
Subtitles are available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Arabic and may be automatically generated.
Cheese & Treats cannot guarantee complete subtitle accuracy across all languages.
9. Educational Purpose
The C&T Masterclass tutorials is provided for educational and creative purposes only.
Individual results, business outcomes, and creative development will naturally vary from person to person.
